No business transactions may take place prior to dawn Tuesday. This includes buying, selling, showing, holding and trading.
The promoter assumes no liability for product damage, loss, nor injury to others arising from dealer or customer actions, merchandise or displays.
Promoter reserves the right to evict or deny re-booking of any dealer whose actions or merchandise are not in character with the show.
Unless promoter is notified otherwise, vendor is presumed to have released the space when no merchandise, no tables or displays remain. Subletting or use of unassigned booths is prohibited.
Applying for a Massachusetts Resale Tax number & the collection and reporting of the taxes is the responsibility of each dealer.
Dumpster is for daily living trash not for merchandise or packing materials. No bulk items are to be left on the field or dealer will be billed for disposal.
Payment is due in full at current show to reserve space for the next one, except fall bookings for May require 50 %. The balance will be due when billed in April. Any spaces not paid for in full 21 days before show will be re-rented and deposit forfeited.
Booth rent for May or Sept. is refundable or transferable to next show up to 30 days before opening. One transfer is allowed. A $75 per space cancel or transfer fee applies 29 to 15 days before show; $100 per space 14 to 7 days before and $150 per space under 7 days. No refunds after the show opens. No transfer allowed for July. To hold same space for Sept. vendor may sublet in July to a non-Shelton antique dealer or pay 50% of rate to hold. Rate goes to 100% if booked then canceled less than 30 days before July show.
DEALER MISC. SERVICES & FEES
Table rental: $15 each delivered round trip. Size 8' x 2' Renter must return any defective table before using, or pay repairs for "damaged while rented".
Rented tents: Dealer must give tent company and Shelton Shows specifics as to exact set up if tent will not cover entire space.
Parking: All space in Shelton or adjacent parking lot must be paid for according to the current fees.
Electric: $30 per space, where available by reservation, for NON HALOGEN LIGHTS ONLY.
Showers: $5 per token (7 1/2 - 8 minutes). Tokens available at office 7 AM to 8 PM.
